Notes Client 6.0.2 CF2 Windows 2000

Hello,

Looking for some insight. I have an indexed database on 3 different servers.
Server 1: 6.0.1 on OS400 V5R1M0 (Index is 20MB, yep megs)
Server 2: 6.0.1 on OS400 V5R2M0 (Index is 190KB)
Server 3: 6.0.2CF2 on laptop server Windows 2000 (Index is 422KB)

The database has approximately 20 documents with PDF files attached, all created with Acrobat 4.

The indexes were created the exact same way with the following properties:
Case Sensitivity Off
Index Breaks - All Breaks
Index Attachments - On (Filtered)
Index Encrypted FIelds - Off

The index sizes and search results are wacky.
When performing a search from the Notes Client, the results on the Windows server is correct. ie 5 documents found. However, on both of the AS400s, the documents are not found, or in some cases 1 or 2 documents will be found, but not 5 like it should.

Are there some inherit differences on the OS400 platform that cause the FTIndex to not work and for the size to be way out of line? At first we were having issues with anything PDF created in Acrobat 5, so we backtracked to Acrobat 4.

This is very frustrating. I would hate to have to tell the client to take his Domino server off iSeries and put on NT box.

Thanks

C L Groth
